Decee Trading supplies industrial, mining, engineering, lifting, conveyor, workshop, and related equipment, spare parts, consumables, and services.

  • Source the product from a supplier; or

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Quotations

Quotation requests submitted through our websites do not constitute accepted orders.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

  • Pricing may change after the quotation validity period expires.

  • Availability remains subject to supplier stock levels.

  • Freight charges may vary depending on the delivery location and order requirements.

A quotation becomes binding only once accepted by both parties and any required payment conditions have been satisfied.

8. Special Orders

Certain products are specially sourced or manufactured for individual customers.

For these orders:

  • A deposit may be required before procurement or manufacture begins.

  • Production or sourcing will not commence until the required deposit has been received.

  • Deposit amounts will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

  • Special-order products are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once procurement or production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

9. Orders

An order is considered accepted only once confirmed by Decee Trading.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:

  • Pricing errors have occurred;

  • Stock is unavailable;

  • Fraud is suspected;

  • Required information is incomplete;

  • Payment cannot be verified; or

  • Supply is otherwise not reasonably possible.

10. Payments

Payments must be made using the payment methods offered on our websites or otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment processing is facilitated through trusted third-party payment providers, including BobPay.

Decee Trading does not store customers' full payment card information.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided on our websites are estimates only.

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods generally passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information supplied is accurate.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before making a purchase.

13. Warranty

Where applicable, products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and does not cover damage resulting from:
