📐 Coupling Selection Method
Collect application details including service factor, driver kilowatt rating, RPM, and shaft details.
Determine the required service factor based on the application classification.
Calculate the required coupling rating:
Kw / 1000 RPM = (Kw × 1000 × SF) ÷ RPM
Select a coupling with a higher rating and confirm RPM capacity and bore requirements.
